Willie Frazier was born February 27, 1951, to the late Roy Frazier, Sr. & Lillian Smith Frazier in Wagener, South Carolina. He made a peaceful transition to his eternal home on January 1, 2023.
Willie was educated in the public schools where he attended Sardis Elementary School, A.L. Corbett Middle School, and became a proud graduate of Wagener-Salley High School on May 27, 1971. He was currently employed at Shaw Industries, Aiken, SC for 21 years and was also a long-time former employee at Nassau AT&T Metal for 13 years.
Willie joined Zion Hill Missionary Baptist Church at an early age. In 1998 he converted his beliefs to the religion of Islam and continued to embrace his Islamic commitment through his life. Aside from his love for his family and religious beliefs, Willie passionately enjoyed hobbies of exercising, gardening, listening to Smooth Jazz and reading.
Willie was preceded by his parents, Roy & Lillian Frazier; brothers Henry Frazier and John Bernard Frazier; sisters Pearline Thompson, Sallie Mae Issac, Magaline Frazier, Cleo Frazier, and Simzie Frazier.
Willie leaves to cherish his memory, his wife, Barbara Ann Cullum Frazier. Children: Ali (Kenya) Frazier, Tara Frazier, Willie B. Frazier, and LaDonna Frazier (Vinny McGill). Grandchildren: Damonte Frazier, Jamil Frazier, and Lillian McGill. Great-Grandchildren: Cali Frazier, Jade Frazier, and Naharri Frazier. Brothers: Roy (Cora) Frazier and Murdock (Terri) Frazier. Sister-in-laws: Annette Pickney and Vernette Trapp. A host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. Acknowledging his long time special friends: Leroy Grant and George Staley who will all miss him dearly.
