Tracie Clay - Mavins Obituary


Tracie Lynn Clay-Mavins, 41, of North, South Carolina, went to be with the Lord, Monday, March 22, 2021, at Lexington Medical Center.

Tracie was born August 20, 1979, in New Orleans, Louisiana, to Richard Francis and Kay Ann Ayo Burleigh. She graduated from Lexington High School in 1998.

Tracie was a loving mother and homemaker who enjoyed spending time with her family, cooking, and was a LSU Tigers enthusiast.

Tracie married Jonathan Lee Mavins, October 29, 2019, in Lexington, South Carolina.

She was of the Catholic faith.

Tracie is survived by her husband, Jonathan Mavins of North, South Carolina; her children, Kyle Brian, Tyler James, and Jaycie Lynn Clay, all of Pine Bluff; stepson, J. D. Mavins of North, South Carolina; parents, Richard F. and Kay A. Burleigh of Pine Bluff; sister, Tara Marie (Gerald) Garcia of White Hall; her niece, Kayla Nicole Jenkins; and her paternal grandfather, Hurschel J. Burleigh, Sr.

She was preceded in death by her late husband Jason Brian Clay.

A vigil will be held at Ralph Robinson & Son Funeral Home, Sunday, March 28, 2021, at 6:00 PM with Deacon Noel F. “Bud” Bryant officiating. A visitation will follow the vigil from 6:30 to 8:00 PM.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be Monday, March 29, 2021, 10:30 AM, at St. Joseph Catholic Church with Father Joseph Marconi officiating. Interment will follow at Memorial Gardens Cemetery in Sheridan, Arkansas.
