Daryll Lamar Thompson was born September 29, 1964, in Lexington County, SC to the late Clarke Benjamin Thompson and Thelma Bynem-Thompson.

Daryll graduated from Batesburg-Leesville High School in 1983. After high school, Daryll primarily worked as a general handyman, a job that let his creativity flow free.

Sweet Memories, Sweet Memories, Sweet Memories.  Daryll's favorite hobby was fishing. He loved showing family members pictures of his most spectacular catches.

He was preceded in death by his father, Clarke Thompson; brothers Nicholas Taylor, Anthony Bethea, and Kerry Taylor; and sister Miakey Davis.

He leaves to cherish his memories his two children, Kamilah (Juan) Alvarado of Winnsboro, SC and Denedral Cook of Batesburg-Leesville, SC; his mother, Thelma Bynem-Thompson of Irmo, SC; brothers Benjamin Thompson, Andre "Paco" (Felicita) Thompson of Jacksonville, Fl, and Quiana Hampton of Columbia, SC; sisters Tikethia Thompson and Wendy (Kevin) Bates, both of Irmo, SC, Tonya (Berry) Gallman of Little Mountain, SC, and Clarsha (William) Frederick; and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, other family members and friends.
