Mr. William Henry Mosley was born on March 27, 1934 to the late Cora West Mosley and the late General Lawton Mosley . He departed this life on April 27, 2018. William worked as an engineer at the Carolina House Apartments in Wasington, DC for 40 years. He loved fishing, Gardening, and fixing anything. William was wed to Mattie Mosley Jordan and to this union they had three children; Barbara Ann, Russell, and William Jr. He later married Mattie M. Smith Mosley, and to this union they had seven children; Donald Smith, Patricia Hall, Phyllis Hall, Andrew Hall, Victor Hall, Rina Hall and Darwin Hall. William was preceded in death by his his wife, Mattie M. Mosley Smith; siblings, Annie, Mary, Thelma, Catherin, and June. Others left to cherish the life together with William include his family members Ernestine, Jerline, Barbara Jean, Louise, Larry, and a host of grandchildren, nieces and nephews other family members and friends.
