Sherry Neichy Garvin, daughter of the late Dorothy Mae Garvin Staley and Hayes Staley Jr., was born on September 20, 1976 in Aiken County, SC.  Sherry transitioned to her heavenly home on April 30, 2022.

Sherry received her education at the A.L. Corbett middle School, and Wagener/Salley High School.  Throughout her adult life she was employed at Carolina Culinary,  Amick Farms and Carlise Tire.

Sherry leaves to cherish the memories of her life one son; Tavay B. Garvin of Cayce, SC; Three daughters Pershia D. Laysath of Aiken, SC, Tionne L. Garvin, Ny'Keria L. Garvin, both of Wagener, SC; Four sisters Michelle (Derrick) Garvin on Leesville, SC, Shwanda Garvin of Batesburg, SC, Christian (Hayward) McCoy and Johnnie Mae Garvin of Thomasville, NC; Five Aunts, a special aunt Sherry D. Wise; Two uncles; One great aunt, One special friend, Theordor H. Franklin Jr. of Aiken, SC; a best friend Missy Rowe, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, friends and family who all loved her.
