Otis Garvin, son of Otis and Johnnie Mae Tyler Garvin passed on January 22, 2023. Otis, a native of Wagener South Carolina, was born on August 2, 1952. The family of Mr. Garvin will be accepting friends and well wishers at the J H Robinson Funeral Home on Saturday, January 27, from 1 to 5 pm.
