Michael Thurmond Jerry was born 72 years ago on July 1, 1947, in Aiken County South Carolina.  He was the son of the late Joseph Albert and Byrdie May Peterson Jerry.

Michael attended A. L. Corbett school in Wagener, SC.  He worked for many years at the Fiberglass Plant and in construction.  Michael later took over his father's plumbing business until he retired.  Michael was a hard-working and humorous man.  He will be missed for his ability to make us laugh.

Michael is survived by two sisters, Myrlease Jerry Nibbins and Joan Jerry; two nieces, Tanya Jerry and Shanique Ingleton; one nephew, Shalon Flanders all of Albuquerque, New Mexico; 10 great-nieces, and nephews, Marcus, Sharisha, DaShara, Tiara, Dejah, D"shea, Rashad, Jorden, Isaiah and Shaiyenne; 3 great-great-nieces and Nephews, Ayah, Amara, and Nehemiah, and a host of other family and friends.
