On Monday, December 14, 2020 at the Aiken Regional Medical Center, Mary Isaac answered God's call. She was the daughter of the late Will and Emley Posey Nimmons. She was born September 22, 1932 in Aiken County. She was educated at Piney Grove School.

Mary joined Smyrna Baptist Church at an early age. She was married to the late LC Isaac. To this union four children was born.

Mary was preceded in death by her parents; three brothers, James Nimmons, Alphonsa Nimmons, and Willie Nimmons; two sisters, Vangie Lee Nimmons and Artistine Nimmons; three sons, Willie, Waymond and Edward Isaac; and one niece, Helen L. Nimmons.

Mary leaves to cherish her memory: One son, Roosevelt Isaac of McCormick, SC; one great-niece, Aramita L. Nimmons of Salley, SC; one sister-in-law, Fannie Nimmons of Washington, DC; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
