Ms.Marie Mealing was born and rised in Edgefield County.She was the late daughter of Mark Mealing and Cora Mealing-Black.She was predeceased in death by 2 sons:Albert and David Mealing.She was educated in the schools of Edgefield County.She moved to Lexington County at an early age,where she joined St.Paul Missionary Baptist Church.She was a faithful member of the senior usher board and the senior citizen club.She was employed by Monroe Litton Corp. of Lexington,Hite`s restaurant where she was known as Ms.B.Her hobbie included rose gardening and cooking.She is survived by her sons:Horace,Joseph(Janice),Freddie,Willie and Micheal.Five daughters :Florance,Cora,Suretta,Cathy,Katie and a daughter-inlaw Mamie Mealing.37 grands,50 greatgrands ,17 great-greatgrands. A host of neices,nephews,in-laws and loving friends. Two special long time friends Ms.Mary Lee Jones and Ms.Annie Leaphart. A special thanks to Lexington Diaylsis,Providence Family Pratice,Dr.Terry Norton and the staff of Riley`s Drug Store.

Visitation for Ms.Marie Mealing will be held Wednesday January,14,2015 at the J.H.Robinson Funeral Home:701 Hendrix Street,Lexington,S.C.29072.Between the hours of 2p.m.to 7p.m.
