Luellen Patterson Morgan , daughter of the late Galler and Sarah Thompson Patterson transitioned to her heavenly home on August 27, 2021.

Luellen was born on December 11, 1920 in Rocky Grove, South Carolina, and was educated in Orangeburg County public school system.

Luellen was married to Thomas Robert Morgan, a former beloved Deacon on Jerusalem Branch Baptist Church.  From their union were three beautiful children; Regina L. Baxter, the late Thomasina Gary and the late Warren J. Morgan.

Luellen accepted Christ at an early age and has been devoted to the church every since.  She attended Antioch Baptist Church and after her marriage to Thomas Morgan she became a member of Jerusalem Branch Baptist Church where she was a devoted member for many many years, serving as a Deaconess, a member of the Senior Choir.

Luellen enjoyed knitting, crocheting, sewing and canning.  She was also a devoted and caring cargiver.

Those left to cherish the many memories of their life with Luellen include her loving and devoted daughter Ms. Regina L. Baxter of Baltimore, MD; 8 grandchildren, 21 great grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews , cousins,  and a sister-in-law, Eloise Patterson as well as numerous friends, other relatives and acquaintances.
