Mrs. Sara Lorine Davis Johnson departed this life on December 25,2015 at Lexington Medical Center Extended Care,Lexington,South Carolina.She was born to the late Ben Frank and Sarah Mae Davis on April 26,1940 in Lexington,South Carolina. Lorine was predeceased by a brother ,Douglas Davis and a sister,Virgina Rodgers. She leaves to cherish her precious and loving ,memories:her husband Presiding Elder Eddie Topo Johnson of Monrovia.Liberia,West Africa; her children :Mary Isatu(Ladd) Mansaray,of Freetown,Sierra Leone,West Africa,Benard Abioseh Browne of Bronx,New York,Wendy Delois (Sammy)Lartey of Toronto,Canada,Linda(Kenneth)Gerald of Irmo,South Carolina,Kadiatu Mansaray of Wilmington,Delaware,Eddie Topo Johnson,Jr.of Columbia ,South Carolina,and Frank Aaron Johnson of Manhattan,New York;thirteen grandchildren;two great-grandchildren;sisters:Sandra Davis,Patsy Branch,Audrey Davis,all of Lexington,South Carolina,and Pharas Davis of Waldorf,Maryland,a brother Frank Davis of Lexington,South Carolina;a brother-in-law,Wincer Rodgers of Plainfield,New Jersey;and a host of neices,nephews,cousins and friends.

Service Information

Visitation will be held for Mrs. Lorine J. Davis on Friday January 8, 2016 between the hours of 3 P.M. to 7 P.M. at The J.H. Robinson Funeral Home Chapel, 701 Hendrix Street Lexington, S.C. 29072. Funeral services will be held at SpringHill AME Church, 228 WindyHill Ct. Gilbert, SC 29054, On Saturday January 9, 2016 at 2:00 pm. Viewing will be available one hour prior to the service.
