Mrs. Lillie Quattlebaum, born on June 21,1920 to the late Tom and Carrie Tyler Jenkins, received her heavenly wings on December 12 while at the home. She was the wife of the late Wyman Quattlebaum Sr. At an early age, Lillie joined Saron Baptist Church in Wagener, SC, and remained a faithful member until her health begin to fail. Lillie was married over 50 years to the late Wyman Quattlebaum Sr. who preceeded her in dealth. She was also preceeded in death by one son Wyman Quattlebaum Jr. Those who survive her cherish her loving memory (6) daughters: Maybell (Arthur) Landey, Lois Culler, Mable (George) Hamm, Gloria Woods, (Columbia, SC,) Caroline (Pastor Bobby) Gordon, Livingston SC, Odell Quattlebaum Salley, SC; (4) sons: Deacon Gene (Sarah) Quattlebaum, Lexington, SC, Deacon Foris (Mariyln) Quattlebaum, Aiken, SC, Deacon Brooks (Julia) Quattlebaum, Salley, SC, Jayon Tre Quattlebaum, Salley, SC, (1) sister Terrie Green Aiken, SC; (1) Daughter-in-law Veronica Quattlebaum (Wyman Jr.), grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Service Information

Visitation for Mrs. Lillie Quattlebaum will be held at the J.H. Robinson Funeral Home, 190 Railroad Ave. Wagener SC on Friday December 14,2012 between the hours of 3PM and 7PM, and at Saron Baptist Church, Railroad ave., Wagener, SC on Saturday December 15, between the hours of 11AM and 12 Noon. Funeral services will be held at Saron Baptist Church, Railroad ave., Wagener SC on Saturday, December 15,2012 beginning at 12:00 noon. Committal services and the repast will be held at Smyrna Baptist Church, Salley South Carolina.
