Mr. Leroy English Jr. was known to his family and friends as Stema. He was born 81 years ago on April 13, 1931 in Lexington County. He was the son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Leroy and Elise English. He departed his life on Sunday October 7, 2012 at 1:14pm at Lexington Medical Center. At an early age he joined Hall Hill Baptist Church. He attended Lexington County public schools and was a farmer with Folger boys for many years. Mr. Leroy English Jr. proceeded in death his late wife Corine Danley English, 2 sons Homer Donnell and Terry(Swamp Cat) English, 5 sisters Ms. Geraldine and Blondell Enlglish, Azalee Knotts, Myrtle Jackson, Janie Bolton, and (2) brothers Robert Lee (Tank) and Willie Lee (Soney). English left many to cherish his memories: his loving sister Annie English of Pelion, (3) sons Homer (Roy)(Linda) English of Avon Park, FL, Maxie and Christopher English of Pelion, (4) daughters: Catherine (Clarence) Johnson, Elouise English, Connie English, and Shirley Durham all of Pelion, SC (5) step daughters (1) stepson, 19 grandchildren, a host of nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.

Funeral Services for Mr. Leroy "Stema" English will be Saturday October 13,2012 at 3:00 at Hall Hill Baptist Church with the Pastor Eugene Green will be presiding over the services
