James "Pee Wee" Chandler was the son of the late Rev. James and Izolia Chandler. He departed a full life on August 18, 2014. Pee Wee was an active member of the Ocean Grove Baptist Church and a member of the Senior Choir. He was a well-loved brother, uncle and substitute father for a host of siblings, nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews. He was a World War II Veteran where he received 3 medals. Preceding him in death are 5 brothers and 2 sisters. He leaves behind 7 brothers; Rev. Douglas (Rose) Chandler, Emporia VA, Branch Chandler and Roscoe (Diane) Chandler of Aiken, SC, Randolph (Eliza) Chandler and Rev. Everett (Mildred) Chandler of Salley, SC, Rudolph "Jake" Chandler of Columbia, SC and Rev. Robert Lee (Deborah) Chandler of Ft. Washington, MD; 4 loving sisters, Ida Mae Landy and Sadie (Lang) Counts of Aiken, SC and Olia Mae Chandler and Dianne Chandler of Salley, SC and one sister in law, Mildred A. Chandler of Salley, SC.
