Isa Lytes, 95, died Sunday January 20, 2013 at Lexington Medical Center in W. Columbia, SC.
Isa, the daughter of the late Deacon Curley Dreher and the late Carrie Franklin Dreher was born in Lexington, SC on July 30, 1917, and will have home going services on Saturday, January 26 1:00pm at St. Paul Missionary Baptist Church, Lexington, SC
Isa attended the Rosenwald School in Lexington and was a retired employee of the Fox-Madden family of Lexington.
Mrs. Lytes was married to James Black until his death. She was later married to Deacon Brodie Lytes.
Isa joined the St. Paul Missionary Baptist Church at an early age where she later became a Deaconess and a member of the Missionary Society. She loved her pastor and her church family.
Isa was preceded in death by her husband, one sister, Syloina Black, and three brothers, Jesse, Patrick and James Dreher.
Isa did not birth any children of her own, but she helped raise her sister's children, and was also a mother to Foxanne M. Scruggs, who she loved dearly.
Isa leaves to cherish her memories one step granddaughter by marriage, Sherelle Johnson of Boston Massachusetts and a host of Nieces, nephews, grand-nieces , grand-nephews, great grand nieces and nephews other relatives and friends who loved her dearly

VISITATION
The family of Isa Lytes will be accepting friends and visitors at the J.H. Robinson Funeral Home, 701 Hendrix St. Lexington, SC on Friday January 25, 2013 between the hours of 1:00 pm and 7:00 pm. Viewing will also be available at the church prior to services between the hours of 12:00 noon and 1:00pm.
FUNERAL
Funeral services for Isa Lytes will be held on Saturday, January 26,2013 1:00pm at St. Paul Baptist Church, 500 S. Lake dr. Lexington SC. The Reverend Walter Butler will be presiding.
