Hazel Marie Johnson , daughter of the late Thomas and Roberta Johnson, was born on November 5, 1970 in Columbus, Ohio.  She passed at the age of 54 on June 4, 2025.

Hazel attended South High School in Columbus, OH.  She relocated to Aiken, South Carolina where she was employed in the health care field as a home health care aide.  She had a great passion for assisting others and really loved her clients.

Hazel was a member of Bethel Pentecostal Holiness Church in Salley, South Carolina.  She regarded the church members as family and truly enjoyed worshiping with them.

Hazel was a loving person.  She cherished the time spent with her partner and enjoyed the moments and occasions that she was able to spend with her children, grandchildren and sister.

Hazel leaves to cherish the memories of her life, her loving partner Bill Williams.  She will also be greatly missed by Samantha Rudolph and husband Rico, Thomas Rudolph and wife Jamie, Destiny Hill and husband Brandon, Uryeah Johnson, Nick Williams, Chris Williams, Tiffany Williams, Sean Williams, Justin Logsdon; 12 grandchildren, sister Marilyn Johnson and partner John Settles and countless nieces, nephews, cousins, other family members and lifelong friends.
