Hastings Snipes, 80 of Perry, SC, passed away on February 16, 2022, after living a long and fulfilling life. Hastings was born on April 2nd, 1941, to Naomi and Arthur Snipes in Aiken, SC. As a child Hastings spent most of his days helping on the family farm, and as an adult spent most of his life driving trucks and collected what he considered to be "treasures".

Hasting's was always known for his laid back, fun-loving, hard-working personality. He enjoyed being on the go, tinkering with any number of projects, fishing, and most of all spending time with family and friends whom he loved dearly.

He preceded in death by his wife Dorothy Snipes, both parents Arthur Snipes and Naomi Fulmer, and his twin Harry Snipes. Those left to cherish his memories are his brother Richard (Linda) Snipes, his daughter Tonya Whaley, his stepson Ernest Beckner, his grandchildren, Anthony (Shelly) May, Selina Eubanks, Sierra Snipes, Amy (Tad) Stone, Heather (Justin) Goforth, Shana Simpson, his great-grandchildren, Chase, Garrett, and Jeffery Stone, Ashley Rushing, Caleb Densmore, Hailey Grey, Jacob and Kylie Goforth and his Treasured Friend Renee Rushton. He was loved by so many! And had many mor children and grandchildren.
