Mr. Gregory Barnes departed this life at the age of 54, at Aiken Regional Medical Hospital following an extended illness. Gregory was born on May 11,1961 to Ms. Eva Mae Barnes-Harris in Brooklyn, New York. Gregory was reared in the home of Frank and Lillie Mae Jones Barnes. Gregory joined Jerusalem Branch at an early age. Those left to cherish his memories are three aunts; Edella Barnes of Jamaica, New York ;Corine Peterson; of Wagener, SC and Shirley Holmes of Lexington, SC . One great aunt Henrietta M. Davis(Samuel),Three great Aunts Diane Barnes of Washington, DC ,Elizabeth Barnes Of Wagener, SC and Louise Barnes of Jamaica New York; and a host of relatives and many friends.

Service Information

There will be a visitation for Mr. Gregory Barnes on Tuesday May 3,2016 at J.H. Robinson Funeral Home; 190 Railroad Ave. Wagener,SC 29164; from 3-7 p.m. Funeral service will be held on Wednesday May 4,2016 at 1 o`clock p.m. at Jerusalem Branch Baptist Church, 576 Jerusalem Branch Road, Salley ,SC 29137. Gregory`s body will be placed in the church prior to the service.
