Ezell "Gee" Brown was born on November 8th, 1969, to the late Isiah Brown, Jr. and Mary Frances Wise Brown in Aiken County, South Carolina.  He departed his live on October 28th, 2025.

At an early age, he joined The Friendship Baptist Church in Salley, South Carolina.  Ezell was Educated in the Aiken County Public school system, and was a graduate of the Wagener-Salley High School, Class of 1988.

Ezell was the Head Custodian at Wagener-Salley High School, and went to school to get his Commercial Driver's License to be a Fork Lift Driver.  Ezell was last Employed at Hubbell Power Systems.  While there, he worked on powerline poles and became a heavy equipment operator.  After sustaining a back injury, he had to be placed out of work.  Ezell became a member of the Shop Boys in 2014, gaining the nickname "East E".

Keeping his memory alive with many cherished memories are:  One son E'Mond (Kamelah) Brown of Aiken, SC; One daughter Imani Brown of Wagener, SC; One granddaughter Alani Brown of Aiken, SC; One sister Mary Lou Brown of Aiken, SC; One brother Willie (Marilyn) Wise of Neeses, SC; Three uncles James (Alice) Wise of Florence, SC, Jimmy Lee Wise of Wagener, SC, and Doze (Lorvell) Wise, of Wagener, SC; Nine Aunts; Rubena Johnson of Fayetteville, NC, Hattie Mae Owens of Wagener, SC, Delorise Wise of Wagener, SC, Eliza (Randolph) Chandler of Wagener, SC, Annie (Wendell) Milhouse of Salley, SC, Mary Catherine of Wagener, SC, Linda Wise Lawton of Blackville, SC, Lessie Mae Wise of Wagener, SC, and Gladys Kitchings of Aiken, SC; Four nephews Eric (Victoria) Wise of Beech Island, SC, Brandon (Asia) Wise of North, SC, Cedric (Alyson) Wise of Lexington, SC and Donta Tyler of Aiken, SC; One niece Mai'Frances Tyler of Aiken, SC and a host of great nephews, great nieces, cousins, relatives, and many sorrowing friends.
