Edward Nathaniel "Head" Walker was born August 18, 1979, the son of Shelly A. Walker Gaines. He departed this life on January 26, 2018. He received his education in the public schools in Wagener, South Carolina. Those left to cherish his memory: his mother Shelly A. (Terri) Brooks of North, SC, Gregory (Brenda) Jackson of San Antonio, TX and Shameal Alli of Columbia, SC; aunts, Edith Walker of Perry, SC, Wanda Brown of Nakina, NC and Betty (Bill) Marshall of Sommerset, NJ; uncles, Brian Walker, Gerald Walker, Lennell Walker, Kenny Walker all of Salley, SC and Jesse Brooks of Nakina, NC and Earnest (Julia) Tyler Jr. of Miami, FL; great aunts, Mary Ware, Patricia Bell and Salley Mae Williams all of Salley, SC; great uncles, Joe Walker and Frankie Lee Walker of Salley, SC; five very, very special friends, Shajuanna Jones, Mary Thompson, Jammie Thompson, Marquita Robinson and Shantel Thompson; and a host of nieces , nephews, cousins, other loving relatives and friends.

Service Information

VISITATION: The family will be accepting friends and family at the J.H. Robinson Funeral Home, 190 Railroad ave., Wagener, SC on Saturday February 3, 2018 from 4 to 7 pm. FUNERAL: The funeral services for Mr. Edward N. Walker will be held 2:30 PM on Sunday, February 4, 2018 at the Flora Branch Baptist Church, 586 Begonia Road North, South Carolina 29112. There will be a final public viewing one hour prior to services.
