Mr. Eddie Lee Wooden entered into eternal rest on Friday, July, 4, 2025. He was born on April 23, 1951  in Salley, SC to the late Curtis and Alwillie Wooden.

At an early age, Eddie joined Jerusalem Branch Baptist Church. Eddie was employed by Warner Grading Company for many years. He enjoyed cooking whole hogs for a hobby and loved to run heavy equipment on his job.

Eddie Lee Wooden was preceded in death by his wife, Corine Wooden; his son, Kenny Wooden; his parents, Curtis Wooden and Alwillie Wooden; one sister, Betty McCullough and one brother, Bobby Mccullough.

Left to cherish fond and loving memories are, his children; Iris (Greg) Smith of Springfield, SC, Willie Wooden of Wagener, SC, Bryne (Manicilia) Garvin of Kannapolis, NC and Bruce Green of Gaston, SC; twelve grandchildren; five great grandchildren; three sisters, Christa Fulmer, Eartha James and Debra Wooden; three brothers, Curtis Wooden, Jr., Donnie Wooden and Ronnie Wooden; five sisters-in-law; two brothers-in-law; three aunts and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friend
