Dwight Anthony Summers, son of the late James Ivory Rish, and the late Frances H. Summers passed on Thursday, May 14, 2020.

Dwight joined st. Paul Baptist Church at an early age.  He attended Rosenwald School and Lexington High School.  Dwight worked in the automotive and restaurant industry for many years.

Dwight is survived by his in-house family, Letitia Summers, Jartavian Summers, Tyquan Howell, and Taurean Summers.  Also surviving are his sisters, Carmen Rish Carmouche of Atlanta, GA; Adrienne Rish (Alexandria, VA), Tonia Rish Jones, Columbia, SC; brothers Kenneth Young, Columbia, SC, and A. Deago Rish, Columbia, SC;  Two foster nephews, Darrick Summers, and Tsylden Summers; one uncle, Zachary (Geraldine) Dunlap, Gilbert, SC and a host of nieces nephews, cousins, relatives and friends.

The Summer's family will be having a walk through viewing on Thursday, May 21 from 2 to 5 pm at the J.H. Robinson Funeral Home Lexington Chapel.
