Obituary

Donna Faye Phillips was born on February 5, 1963 to the late Barbara Steadman and Eugene Williams. She was called to take her place in her heavenly home on March 8, 2025.

Donna was born in Aiken County. At an early age, Donna's family relocated to Jamaica, Queens New York, where she attended New York Public Schools. She is a Alumni of Andrew Jackson High School.

Donna and her daughter relocated to South Carolina in 1992. She became a member of Chalk Hill Baptist Church. She worked at Perry Manufacturing Company and later began working at Carolina Culinary Company.

Donna will always be remembered for her passion and love for crocheting and preparing her infamous "Cookie Pie." She was the best mother and grandmother! She was a woman of strength!

In addition to her parents, Donna was preceded in death by her brother Anthony Phillips.

Donna leaves to cherish her memories two children daughter Latoya Perkins, son Christian Phillips, 3 grandchildren Malaka James, Michael James, Mariah Perkins; Sisters Shirley Phillips, Wendy Phillips, Karen Phillips, Tawana Gilbert, Stephanie (Lenell) Walker, Yolanda Seawright, Linda (Stanley) Jones, Sandra (Freddie) Schofield, Nora Williams; Brothers Stacey Phillips, Ricky Swedenburg; Life Long Honorary Sisters Linda Daniels and Carol Schofield; Honorary Parents Paulette and the Late Leroy Williamson, and a host of Aunts, Uncles, Nieces, Nephews and other relatives and friends.
