Charles W.Hill was born June 11,1940 to the late Johnny Mack Hill and Janie Seawright Hill Stephman. After years of declining health,he made a peaceful transition from his earthly home to his heavenly home at Lexington Medical Center on Friday June 26,2015. CW,was affectionately called by family and friends,was educated in the public schools of Lexington and graduated in the class of 1958 from Lexington Rosenwald High School. After graduation ,he began his career in the military where he served his country honorably in both the US Army and the Air force.Upon receiving an honorable discharge,CW attended The University of South Carolina and Benedict College.CW was employed by Colite Industries as well as Carolina Granite.He was also a proud member of American Legion Post 217. He joined St.Paul Missionary Baptist Church at an early age. He was faithful in supporting the growth of the church. During his stay in the hospital,he always received visits from his fellow church members.

Visitation for Mr.Charles William "CW" Hill will be today between the hours 3-7 pm.Funeral services for Mr.Charles William "CW" Hill will be held on Tuesday June 30,2015 at 3 pm at St,Paul Missionary Baptist Church with burial in New Bethel A.M.E. Church.
