Albert Stroman Jr., born on August 2, 1955, in Aiken County, South Carolina to the Late Johnny Albert and Ruth Stroman.  He departed this world on January 8, 2026, while resting peacefully at  Wellstar MCG Health in Augusta, Georgia, leaving a legacy that will be cherished by his family and friends. A proud graduate of Wagener-Salley High School, class of 1974, Albert's industrious spirit led him to a fulfilling career, beginning at Graniteville Mills. He later showcased his green thumb as a landscaper and ultimately found solace in the fields as a farmer until his well-earned retirement.

Albert was known throughout his community as "Mr. Fix-it," a testament to his resourcefulness and willingness to lend a helping hand to those in need. He had a unique ability to lift the spirits of others, always possessing a way with choice words and a knack for storytelling that resonated deeply with everyone around him. His laughter was infectious, and he found great joy in dancing and being the life of the party. Cookouts with his family were treasured occasions filled with food, laughter, and the warmth of togetherness, a gift he treasured deeply.

Albert leaves behind a loving family that encompasses his daughters Tina Brown and Kesha Cohen, and his son Abdono Abney. He shared a special bond with his sisters Pansy (Lewis) Butler, Betty Ruth (Alfred) Desle, and Brenda Stroman, who will forever cherish the memories they created together. His grandchildren, Chantelle Brown, Mya Stroman, Mariah Stroman, Mikayla Stroman, Miranda Stroman, and Shaudre Williams, will fondly remember their grandpa as a jovial presence in their lives, someone who brought joy and laughter at every turn.

While his parents and brothers John Stroman, Robert Lee Stroman, Flenzy Stroman, and Lowman (Deloris) Stroman who have passed have left a remarkable void, they paved the way for the love and values Albert embodied. He also mourns the loss of his son Albert Jr. Stroman, a heart-wrenching chapter in his life that underscored the resilience and strength of his spirit.

Albert's faith led him to be a devoted attendee of Sardis Missionary Baptist Church, where he found community and support.
