Stephon "Mountain" was born June 13,1961 in Lexington,S.C. He was the son of Ms.Rebecca A.Walker .On the morning of Friday, August 7,2015.He answered the call from his heavenly father and entered eternal rest at Palmetto Health Richland Hospital. He attended Lexington High School, after attending school he became a construction worker. He joined St.Paul Missionary Baptist Church.He was a devoted Pittsburg Steeler and Carolina Gamecock fan. Those left to cherish his precious memories are his wife Brenda M.Thompson-Black of Lexington,S.C. his loving mother Rebecca A.Walker. Three step sons: Montique L.Thompson, Eddie L.Causey,and William L.Causey all of Lexington,S.C. One step daughter Candice M.Thompson of Lexington,S.C. 2 brothers Todd Walker(Tonia)of Irmo,S.C. and Forress Walker of Columbia, S.C. One sister Patrice Talley(Marcus)of Lexington,S.C. Two aunts Carolyn Sanders of Columbia, S.C whom was more like a mother then an aunt. Mary L. Black of Lexington ,S.C.
Two uncles Johnny L. Black(Betty) and Stanley Black both of Lexington, S.C. Three sisters in-laws :Cassandra A. Thompson, and Deborah M. Thompson both of Columbia ,S.C. Sophia L. Thompson-Gable (Lee) of Lexington, S.C. Six step grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and many dear friends. One devoted nephew Shannon Black and a devoted cousin Carley E Black Jr.
